 Clear the screen by default task pane
Can disable the default task panes so that they do not appear when you start an Office program. In most Office programs, task pane displayed by default, and occupy valuable working space on the screen when you're not using them.
Although easy to disable the Close button, but you want to hide the eyes from the beginning. For example, in each Office program except Outlook, Getting Started task pane opens whenever you start the program. Located off the program window, framequickly open the Getting Started help file or search. But if you do not need to bug off, you ask the program to hide this task pane so that it no longer appears at startup. When youneed to access it, you can always open easily.
 
  

    Disabling taskbar

A. Click tools.
Two. Click Options.

       Options dialog box opens
  3. Click the View tab.
  4. Click deselect the Startup Task Pane.
5. Click OK.
  Next time open the program, frame effects do not appear specific default.
       
Open the task pane
A. Click View.
Two. Click the Task Pane.
  Or press CTRL + F1
