Quick shortcut greatly speeds work in Micosoft Office program. Shortcuts allow quickactivation command instead of the mouse. For example, instead of experiencing few clicks to access menus and commands, you type the shortcut directly activate the equivalent command.
Micosoft Office toolbar also allows quickly activate the command and click properties,but suppose need to access command while in command at the input, you probably do not want to hand mouse button click on the button bar tools. Knowing the equivalentshortcut will save time.
You find shortcuts listed next to the command on the drop-down menu. In addition, the program may require Micosoft Office lists the shortcut with the toolbar button name.More and more work with the program, the more you are familiar with keyboard shortcuts.

     



A. Click Tools.

      Customize dialog box opens.

4. Show ScreenTipes select Enter on the toolbar options.
Five. Click the Show shortcut keys in options ScreenTipes.

      ScreenTip box appears, if the details button with the key combinations to activatethe equivalent command.
